So to answer my earlier question (How the F do I cook this?) like a champ. I usually ask my dad to help me when I'm cooking and I don't know what I'm doing because he was a master of the cocina. He definitely helped today.

I seasoned them with sage and thyme and stuffed them with an orzo pasta in a lemon-butter-garlic-parsely sauce. Yum.
